he said sorry and left in a hurry

then she chased him then we chase her.

haiz.. that day end so early..
today had gym training...
had to drink the protein (weird taste)
in between every sets had to go for 2 rounds around the sch field..(overall 4 sets)
phew, damn tired after training(still need drink protein!)
mr lim then said we had to change our diet
